I held the responsibility for steering the daily UX operations of Regology's core product, which provides regulatory and compliance management services to businesses all around the United States. I redesigned and prototyped several concepts and ideas while working closely with stakeholders, Product Managers, and engineers to enhance the customer experience at Regology. Additionally, I took the initiative to build a dedicated Design System for Regology from scratch and overlooked its adoption in the product.
